It's always a bit 'hit and miss' when inviting outside speakers in. However, we have used Sandy for two consecutive years now and she ticks all the boxes! Her backgound expertise and personality proves to be an absolute 'hit' with the students. Her passion to see students realise their potential is evident and we were enthralled and inspired with her delivery and bespoke content.
We've been so impressed with Sandy that we have used her in devising a new peer mentoring programme aimed at helping students make the transition into the sixth form. The training and manuals were impressive and we are filled with optimism about what impact this programme will have. I cannot recommend Sandy highly enough!

It was as great morning and really useful - there was a perceptible change in many of the student's attitudes following the sessions. It was clear students engaged and enjoyed each task. As well as this each student clearly progressed in their understanding of what was required for them to reach their goals. Overall it was massively useful and enjoyable for all involved.

I decided to have life coaching because I felt my life was chaotic with no order and I had a feeling of not knowing where I was going in life and a fear of not achieving everything I feel I should.I wasn't even sure what goals I had in life as I always put my aspirations to the back of mind believing I would never attain any of them, but Sandy helped me find from myself what is important to me, and what I really want out of life. From there it was putting a plan in to action on to reaching the first steps to those goals. I have achieved so much and at times not even realised how much I have in such a short amount of time.
Since starting life coaching with Sandy, I have been able to see a clearer path to my future and everyday I put in to practice skills that she has encouraged me to develop to ensure a positive outlook on my future. It has built my confidence and changed the way I approach everyday life as well as the bigger challenges I face.
Sandy is warm, encouraging, she listened and was genuinely committed to supporting me. Sandy was positive about any ideas or goals I thought about and through her I feel that I have reached a level of confidence I didn't think I could have. She has helped me understand and shown me how to find the tools to reach my goals step by step. I feel like a different person in the way I think about doing any tasks.

Zumba is great for the obvious reasons, fun, energetic, pacy, great music, new routines. Pilates for wind-down and stretching and strength/core exercies - again varying the music and the exercises (including resistance bands and balls). Benefits: impoved fitness, strength, mobility - really feel a difference in my shape after the pilates class - has helped my back and overall posture, strengthened my core.
Think each class is well structured and caters for mixed ability without losing the flow - routines are broken down which really helps and there is always a sense of achievement having mastered a zumba routine or pilates move.
The classes are really good fun, it's obvious that a lot of time/thought and effort is put in to making each class enjoyable, motivational and stretching at the same time. Really enjoy them.

I enjoy being amongst a group of mixed age groups, and for most sessions, both genders. I also like the fact that sessions are never the same. Other plusses are being able to exercise before the evening meal, and being within walking distance from home. Physically I can bend and reach much easier, and think I walk more evenly than before. I'm convinced Pilates is worth continuing until old age claims my reasoning. I find the balance about right between strengthening and flexibility. I can't honestly think what you might improve on.

Since doing Pilates I have increased flexibility and strength to support my other sporting activities. My knees are so much better now that my ITB is being stretched. I really enjoy the classes. It is always good to learn new techniques and this happens on a regular basis which is good.

Great teaching - classes are always fun and I'm always glad I've been. Fewer upper back aches and less overall stiffness. I'm hoping to start attending Zumba too so I think its great that the price is reduced when you attend two classes. Think the classes are fantastic!

Great classes. I enjoy the pace of the Dance exercise class and the attention to detail on the Pilates class. Sandra updates the classes regularly so we don't get stale and she is very good at explaining what part of the body we are working and why. She also gives individual instruction where necessary in the Pilates class to ensure we are doing the exercises correctly - very good.

I first started Pilates because I fell down the stairs shortly after I had my 2nd baby and hurt my back. Being a busy Mum of 2 young children with a career that involves travel, I cannot afford to have downtime.Pilates not only helps physically but gives time to switch off and focus on me. Pilates with Sandy is terrific, not only because it always varies, but because no matter how inexperienced or experienced you are, you are made to feel welcome and technique is improved in a friendly and discreet way. Very quickly, Sandy turns a room of strangers into a friendly club, so not only does my core get a workout, there is always alot of laughing as well.Highly recommend it!

PILATES FOR PREGNANCY
Sandy's classes are enjoyable and relaxed. She tailors each session to your changing needs and energy levels through the pregnancy. I found the classes particularly beneficial for my posture and definitely experienced less backache than in my first pregnancy. I thoroughly recommend going along.
