For the Body -
Come and join our Pilates or Dance Fitness classes in Ashford, Middx and in Egham, Chertsey, Englefield Green and Virginia Water in Surrey. They are friendly and relaxed and there is something for everyone from the super fit to those who are out of the habit of exercising.
The Pilates classes will help you work on improving your flexibility, core strength and stamina. Most of the exercises are performed lying down so its low impact but also very effective.
We also offer Zumba fitness classes - the latest fitness sensation sweeping the globe! The Zumba programme is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness system. The cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow and it provides a unique combination of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. No experience in dance or exercise is needed so come and join our Zumba party!

For the Mind & Soul -
Most people think about what they don’t want and just go through life going through the motions and filling their days - and moaning about all the things that are wrong! Imagine how good it would feel to actually work towards what you want from life - not what you don’t want.
When things get tough and you are not sure what to do, we will help you identify the "best way forward" so you can actually change your life. We can help you create the future you want for yourself and then help you to take action and move closer to achieving those goals, one step at a time.

Coaching can be completed over the phone or face to face in the Surrey studio so distance is no problem. All you need is the will to change your life and the commitment to take action!
