Sandra Scott, MBA

Sandy had a long and successful career as a senior executive in the Financial Services industry working her way up from lunchtime cashier to nationwide Head of Sales at a large mutual. Her team often described her as inspirational and she helped many other people to aim higher and to get more from their lives. Sandy faced and overcame many challenges throughout her life; from financial hardship to beating breast cancer and is dedicated to helping others to do the same.

Sandy’s self-development journey has been driven by an ongoing thirst for knowledge about human potential. She completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration at Henley Management School. In her final thesis, she specialised in Change Management and the impact on individual performance. Sandy had the good fortune to work directly with stimulating coaches like Jack Black, Frank Dick, Peter Thompson and Humphrey Walters, while benefiting from some enlightening ideas from her extensive research.

After her battle with breast cancer, Sandy left her corporate job and launched her own business offering a full range of mind and body solutions to help other people to "live life to the fullest".

Sandy studied with The Coaching Academy to further expand her coaching techniques which she had developed over her career. She achieved Distinction in her Personal Performance coaching accreditation with The Coaching Academy.  She also undertook the Total Immersion Course with Future Fit. Sandy is qualified to teach Pilates, Exercise to Music/Aerobics, Circuit training, Gym instruction and to provide advice on Nutrition and Weight Management and Sports Nutrition. Her qualifications include ‘Making Behaviour Changes to Diet & Exercise’. She has also become an expert in providing pre and post natal exercise advice for Mums and runs classes where you can bring your baby as she knows how hard it can be to keep fit and organise childcare.

Sandy

Sandy is based in Surrey and offers One-to-One coaching from her studio in Virgina Water and coaches nationally over the phone.   She specialises in helping teenagers and young adults and uses many of the skills and techniques she learnt in the corportate world to help them to get a better start in life.

She first discovered Pilates 15 years ago when her back was in trouble due to the demands of her job and is passionate about the benefits of this exercise regime and the difference it can make to everyone in terms of core strength, flexibility and overall well-being.   She has now completed her Level 3 Pilates qualification and is studying to become a Pink Ribbon Pilates teacher to help others recovering from breast cancer.

Sandy has two wonderful children who are her pride and inspiration - and is now the very proud, doting grandmother of Abbie.   She really enjoys spending time with children and young people and finds their personal growth and development inspirational.  Sandy now offers life skills training to teenagers and young adults through her "Wings Youth Development" progamme.

“Vive ut Vitas” from the Latin “Live Life to the Fullest”

Its so easy to get caught up in the routine of everyday life that we often forget what we wanted to achieve when we started out and what’s really important to us now. Vive ut Vitas is a Latin phrase that means "Live Life to the Fullest" or "Live so that you may Live" - and Sandy chose this name for her company as it perfectly descibes the mission of the business.  Vive Ut Vitas is here to help you live a happier, healthier, more rewarding life through life coaching, fitness training and sharing knowledge. We help you recognise “what makes YOUR life full, and how you can achieve it”.

Butterfly cycleWe chose the butterfly to represent us because it is a symbol of transformational change and re-birth into a new life.  Every butterfly goes through four distinct phases of their life cycle – egg, caterpillar, chrysalis and adult butterfly. Contrary to popular belief, butterflies can live from a week to a year as adults but their whole life cycle can be much, much longer.

For our clients, helping them to make changes in their lives - either through exercise or life coaching, helps them to start life afresh by opening their eyes and waking up to the full potential that they have within them to live long, happy, rewarding lives.
