The Pilates classes will help you work on improving your flexibility, core strength and stamina. Most of the exercises are performed lying down so its low impact but also very effective.

Lovely to see so many students in Ashford last night – despite the awful weather. Hope you all got home safe!
Its Valentines Week so come along and share the “love”. We’ll be using Red Roses in Pilates (OK, Red Balls) and will have some romantic tunes for background music just to get you into the mood. Happy Valentines!
